After the quotation is incorporated into an executed contract, it’s time to schedule the project and get it built.

Each renovation or addition has a schedule developed that includes time frames for activities such as permit application, inspections, procurement of products with lead times, etc.  Unless there are any unforeseen delays, we will start on the start date, and complete your project on or before the end date.

 

All our projects are scheduled and constructed to minimize disruption to our clients as much as possible.  We pride ourselves on keeping our construction sites clean, neat and orderly during the construction process (see our extensive gallery).  We will be in constant communication with you throughout your project; providing updates and addressing any questions you may have.
