The preconstruction phase of your home improvement project lets us discuss your ideas and reasons for the project. We want to understand exactly what you’re trying to achieve.  We may offer suggestions or alternatives, because we’ve done ‘your project’ several times.   During our meeting we will also discuss a construction budget.  It is extremely important to us that moving forward we are designing the project to meet your expectations within your budget.
